1. What are the balloons made out of?
   Our 18" balloons are 100% latex and biodegradable. 
   
   
2. Do I have to pop my balloon to get the products out?
   At some point, in order to get your gifts out, you will need to open the balloon. You can do this by popping the balloon or if you don't like popping balloons, you can simply untie from the top to deflate. 
    
3. How do I care for my balloon?
   Please refer to our Balloon Care Instructions.
   
   
4. Can I put anything I want inside the balloon for a custom order?
   If you would like to use your own gifts, your items will need to fit inside a 10cm diameter. If you have soft items such as clothes or soft toys that can be squeezed into a 10cm diameter, this should be fine. If you have hard items that cannot be squeezed smaller, they will be unable to fit inside the balloon. Items with sharp points and edges may cause the balloon to pop, and therefore may not be suitable to go inside the balloon. 
   
   
5. Can the balloons be posted in the mail to any location?
   Unfortunately our balloons cannot be posted. If you live outside of the delivery area, you will need to come to Trafalgar, Victoria to collect your order. However, we do have gift boxes available that can be posted Australia wide. 
   
   
6. Can I create my own gift box package or balloon package?
   Yes, you can. Please refer to the 'Create Your Own' tabs on the homepage to create your own gift. Alternatively, get in touch if you need some help creating your own package and we will do our best to accommodate. 
   
   
7. Are the balloons helium?
   Our balloons are inflated with air. 
   
   
8. Where is The Gift Cloud located? Do you have a bricks and mortar store?
   The Gift Cloud is located in Trafalgar, Victoria and operates online only.
   
   
9. What if I don't like the colors or designs of your personalised text? Can I create my own specific look? 
   We will do our best to accommodate all orders. If you have a particular look in mind, send us a picture of what you would like and we will let you know if this is possible. 
   
   
10. Can I take the balloon out of the box tray?
    We recommend leaving the balloon inside the box tray it comes in. If you choose to take it out, the balloon will likely pop.
